Please print your student and your name. I have had difficulties being able to read some writing in the past.
Have your student return this to me, it is an assignment and is worth 20 points.
Thank you!
Technical Theatre 1
Week of 3 February 2020
Instructor: Mr. Neugebauer
Periods 1, 2, and 6
Monday thru Friday: We did start to change the existing set to meet Shrek’s need last week. We took the tracks out that will be used and started to restore the platform. This will continue this week. We will be installing the tracks to the new configuration this week.
We will continue with CareerSafe. We will continue with Shrek the Musical.
I was very satisfied at the students performance last week!
Please Note: Students are required to keep a daily reflection that is due each Wednesday. This reflection is worth 20 points. MUHS is introducing a new format for note taking this year. We will be using Cornell Note format that the students are becoming familiar with.
Your student’s safety is the number 1 priority for me. Technical Theatre has an abundance of safety issues including use of tools, electricity, rigging and material handling. I am requiring the students to supply their own safety glasses this year. Safety glasses are on sale in the bookstore for $5.00
Monday thru Friday: We had a very productive week last week, completing what I had planned. This week we will be setting the tracks that will be carrying two wagons that will have a variety of scenery changes. We will be starting the stage right platform for the home of Shrek.
Thursday and Friday are parent/teacher conferences starting at 15:10 each day. This is for all advisory students.
If time permits we will continue with CareerSafe.
I was very satisfied at the students performance last week!
